Let the truth be told, the sole reason for moving to central Illinois was to be within minutes of the Pumpkin Capitol of the World. Okay, that's a little bit of a lie. But there is a little bit of truth in that too.
I LOVE PUMPKIN.
So for the next 12 weeks (starting tomorrow). From now through Thanksgiving. I will be sharing a pumpkin recipe each Friday (so that you can try it on Saturday, of course!). In fact, you have the opportunity to join in and share your favorite pumpkin recipe on this blog by emailing ceasingtostrive@gmail.com.
