Today.
I am thankful.

I am thankful that I can see with an unveiled face the glory of God. (2 Corinthians 3:18)

I am thankful for the truth of Scripture.

I am thankful that it has made me competent and equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16) even when I don't feel adequate.

I am thankful that in the midst of wandering, the Bible is clear about who I am supposed to become. (2 Peter 3:11).

I am thankful that I know what it takes to be effective and fruitful in the knowledge of who Jesus is. (2 Peter 1:8).

I am thankful that I know the end of the story. (See Revelation).

I am thankful that the Word has the power to guard my mind and change my heart. It keeps me from looking at worthless things. (Psalm 119:9, 37; Philippians 4:7).

I am thankful that I have all I need TODAY for life and godliness. (2 Peter 1:3).
